This dress is labeled as size 12, although I am a size 8 with big breasts and fits fine. Thanks to the strap in the back is adjustable in the chest area so if you have large breast like me or smaller it should fit well. I think a 8,10 and 12 size should fit in this dress or a Medium or even a small Large. Aprox dimensions: Total length 60” Pit to pit max 18” Pit to pit min 15”
