Used to be my favorite skirt that I saved for special occasions until I grew out of it. Knee length on me. Not quite sure if it's tight and long enough to count as a pencil skirt, but it's close. Stretchy knit top portion makes it comfortable, ... Combined with bottom nylon portion makes it stylish!
