Vera Wang Princess Navy/Floral Dress NWOT

This is a Vera Wang Princess line mini dress with floral designs on a navy blue background, plus an extra skirt layer underneath of a green floral fabric. 1st pics are view from the front, with the green parts of straps inside/not showing when worn, 2nd from last is view from the back. Two strings tie in the back with little matte silver bead accents. Mom got me it and it didn't fit my body quite perfectly, but she seemed to think differently when I tried it on & she plucked the tag! Never worn
