Vera Wang (Simply Vera) Dress with pleated neck

Simply Vera Dress w/ pleated neck, Size Small: 65% poly / 35% rayon. Nice jersey feel, sleeves from shoulder 24”, Pit to pit 17”, Length from neck 35”. Condition great, except mild yellowing on inner part of back neck ring (picture). Does not show when worn.
