Vera Wang White Dress

One shoulder, floor length, empire waist, elegant navy blue gown by Vera Wang White with pockets(!) and belt attached! Worn once for a wedding. Alterations were done to bring the length up slightly and tighten up the bust area. In the picture the alterations were already done. Tag says size 14 but fits more like size 12 with alterations.
