Vera Wang black and white sleeveless dress size XL

Sleeveless with frayed black trim detail (made that way). Has cinched waist and adorable pockets. Asymmetrical length just below the knee/shin length. Worn a few times but I’m good used condition. Lost weight and now too big, so closet clean out it is. I will not sell anything that I would not buy.
