Vera Wang navy blue dress

It may be hard to tell because the dress is so dark but there is ruffles going down the dress to one side they start at the v-neck of the dress and go all the way down . The back is very cute and open with one strap w a bow at the top hiding the clasps and the bottom hiding where the zipper starts. I got this at a davids bridal sample sale. Never worn great condition
