Vera Wang patent leather peep toe heels

Never worn Vera Wang black patent leather peep toe pumps. 4” piou piou heel. Size 7 Shoes have not been worn, but have scuffs at bottom ball of shoes- probably from trying on in store? (Purchased from Nordstrom rack) No scuffs or damage to upper or interior of shoes. Shoe label also says Euro size 37 1/2 which is confusing, but they are a solid size 7.
