Vera Wang sleeveless collared dress large slip button front ruffle fit flare

This is a beautiful and classy dress from Simply Vera by Vera Wang in size Large. It includes the dress and a detachable underslip. The outer layer is a sheer lightweight flowy fabric in a vibrant black and white print. It is sleeveless with a fitted waist and then a slight flare. There are asymmetrical ruffle tiers on the skirt of the dress for a flowy flirty effect on the skirt. The skirt is slightly longer in back. The bodice buttons up the front into an all black collar around the neck. There is a cute see-through detail around the waist line, which gives the appearance of a built-in belt. The dress does have pockets. The under slip is also size large and basically an all black slip - it is completely detachable. The items were sold together as one. The underslip is stretchy however the dress itself does not have much stretch to it. Both pieces are polyester. Smoke free and pet free home. Measurements for the outer dress (not underslip): Armpit to armpit is about 20.5 inches. The waist is about 18 inches, hips are about 23 inches. The length from the top of the shoulder to the longest hem of the dress (which is in the back) is about 45 inches and to the shortest hem which is in the front is about 37 inches.
