Vera wang NWT rouched evening gown

Gorgeous Vera Wang plum rouched evening gown. This gown has a lot of stretch and has snap closure around the back of neck and zipper at the end back. This dress has been slightly altered. It has been hemmed to fit 5”4 with a small heel. It has had padding added at the chest as well. It was meant for a military ball last year and we weren’t able to make it.. this year it’s slightly tight so I’m selling it as bad as I hate to. It still has the tags attached and is new, only tried on. Size L 12.
