The cuff measures 2.25 inches across the inner widest parts of the cuff, the opening is just a bit over 1 inch wide, and can be slightly adjusted. My wrist is 6.5 inches around and this cuff sits comfortably around where you would wear your watch. Great used condition with moderate scratches all throughout the piece. Will come polished with Goddard's silver polish to restore shine
