Vernacular Halter Dress, Owl-Print, Size S/M

Beautiful halter-style dress, dark red w/navy & white tiny owl print. Fully lined, elastic waist is very forgiving and creates comfortable, flattering blouson top. Spot on inside liner only; dress has been recently dry-cleaned and no spot remaining or visible on exterior of dress. Tiny knife-pleats create interesting lines and play with pattern, dress flows with the body when wearing.
