Veronica Beard “Verena” smocked top dress, Cobalt mini abstract floral, size 12

Excellent condition. Purchased in May 2022 and worn just twice last summer. Sleeveless sundress with ruffle necklace and 9” ruffle hem. Color is predominantly cobalt blue and white with gold/tan, jade and light green abstract flowers. Missing tag as I had the tall ruffle removed from the back of the neck as it was scratchy. See photo. This is the only reason it’s not “like new”. 100% cotton. Filly lined. Chest is 18” W at arm pits. Smocking extends 17” below armpits to below hips. Waist is 17” W. Chest and waist stretch due to smocking. Length from armpit is 39”.
