These Veronica Beard trousers are viscose with stretch and have a linen look / texture. Fully lined, front pockets and back pocket slit detailing. Waist measures 14" across, hips are 18.5" across. Inseam is 29" and rise is 11". Hem at ankle is 11.5" across laid flat and measured side to side.
Faint mark on back of left leg near hem, see pics. Also on the underside of the pant hem, there is a hole that does not show - please see photos.
Front zip with interior button and hook clasps. Very high end!

Is there room to let out the hem?

@tblehman hi! I added a photo of the underside of the hem, nearly 2 inches of room. Please note that I discovered a hole in the edge of the underside that is now documented in the listing and photos that would likely limit your ability to let the hem out more than an inch or so.
