This dress is amazing with a very deep V neck and open back plus side slits in the skirt. It is perfect for a party or beach or just to impress someone. Also the fabric is stretchy. Washing instructions are machine or hand wash cold gentle, I would hand wash and then line dry or tumble low. This is a great travel dress because it does not wrinkle. The color of this is a very dark almost black navy with beige. The lay flat measurements are chest is 16" but also note the front is open so adds more room, the resting elastic tie area is 15" and the length is 56". This dress is pre-owned.
