Beautiful new dress, size large. Drop waist has stretch, tie at split neck. Waist to knee of skirt is lined. White with blue accents and and splashes of coral orange and yellowish green. Bust underarm to underarm is ~21 inch and Shoukder to hem is ~ 55 inch. Dress is new, and beautiful for summer!
