@nstreiter it’s drawstring. I’m not sure that’s the right word! The ties can tighten or loosen.

Does this have an elastic waist and is the material like a soft flowing type?

@candyhughe it’s a drawstring waist. The material is comfortable, but it’s not soft and flowy. It’s got a bit of weight to it. When you walk it just stays in place. Hard to explain. It may have some poly in it.
