innersilence480 It's insanely frustrating that there is so much conflicting information about shoe size conversions, but I've done a fair amount of research and I own Trigreca's in both size 45 and 46, and I have come to the conclusion that 46 is actually a US 12. I'm a US 12.5, and the 46 is just barely too small. Judging by the way it fits, I might even go 47 just for comfort. so, in the interest of getting your shoe to the right person, I would definitely advertise it as a fairly snug 12 instead of a 13.

jfumi Thanks for the observation . You're a 12.5US so you're a 13-14 IT. I'm a 12 US and wear Italian shoes in a 12.5 (45.5)-13(46).People who've bought Italian shoes generally know they run small.
