Versace floral purple print dress Size 40 in Italian, Size 6 in American

This is a Versace floral print dress. It is a size 40 in Italian which is a size 6 in American. It is fitted at the top. I'm a size 34 around the bust area and this was a little snug. So snug I only wore it once for a wedding. The floral print is beautiful and reminiscent of a Monet painting. The only defect I found was stitching on one of the straps and I took a picture of this.
