The material is very soft as it resembles suede and the jacket is in great condition, with very good quality. It is also a bit stretchy so it fits like a glove. Great condition, no tears or holes.

will this fit a size 4 and the armpit from armpit inches being 17inches?

@mialovato88 hello! yes it definitely should. the fabric is quite flexible but snaps back so that when it does stretch it doesn't change the look of the jacket!
