I believe the shirt calls itself a medium, and while it has a relaxed and gentle drape, only has a very small amount of give, and the maximum comfortable chest circumference is probably about a 38" chest (my measurement). I think the style may flatter more on a slightly smaller person, even. It's meant to flow a bit. You'll see it does have a light wrinkle in it.
