Versatile blouse

Super soft, lightweight blouse that’s easy to dress up or down. Great for the office or paired with jeans. The colors are red, white and dark navy, but the navy could easily pass for black. I wore it with black slacks. The sleeves & shoulders have elastic but the fabric is not stretchy. Purchased from a boutique so there’s no brand. - 24 inches from shoulder to hem - 18 inches from armpit to armpit
