I’ve had this for a decade. The detailing is amazing, I just never wear it. Purchased from one of my favorite vintage stores. I believe it was an attachment to a dress at one point. Could be worn either way. I’m a busty medium and I can barely button it. Please note this is vintage. Retail was $60 asking $20 OBO.
