Very Antique/ Vintage Dress.. over 100 years old. Lovely stored.

Belonged to my grandmother as a young girl in West Virginia. Very early 1900's. It's delicate and baby blue with ecru ribbon. Handmade. Great condition. Probably a Sunday Best dress. the size is small/ petite. I would guess in todays sizing a petite 2 or 0. She was probably 5'2 and 100-110 lbs. Hits well below the knee. Dropped waist as popular then then bottom flares . Photos do not show the color quite as blue as it is.
