kelliechase I have a lot of fergie heels and every single one of them that had a back zipper I had a zip up problem once. The trick is to soak a q-tip in wd40 or vegetable oil and run it up both sides of zipper and they’ve always been good to go. I wanted to put this in your comments so that potential buyers know that it’s really not a problem.
