Very J Off-The-Shoulder Top, Navy blue/white polka Dots, Ruffle Detail,Small

This item is a Very J top.  It is in excellent used condition. It was only worn to work a couple times and shows no signs of wear.  It is designed to be worn off-the-shoulder since it has elastic near the neckline but I wore it as short sleeves due to work dress-code. It looks cute either way.   It is navy blue with white polka dots and look super cute with white jeans or white chinos. The top half is designed to make a ruffle as shown in the pictures, giving the top a very flowy look.    100% Polyester.
