Rare find! Garments by Bell - size 4, in coveted ruffle hem and turned sleeve. Beautiful plaid print. This is reposhed from @megankabour and ONLY reason it’s not staying in my closet is that I prefer a 6 or 8 in this brand and the 4 is entirely too tight. These dresses are hard to find and I adore this print and style. Sad it doesn’t work.
