Very Unique Vintage adjustable cuff

Another very unusual costume piece. No maker’s marks present. The slits in the side help you adjust it to fit your wrist. No clue what the stone is but it isn’t plastic and the metal is shiny faux silver plate or stainless (no clue). The top of the cuff has a width wise crack in the stone but it is hardly noticeable.
