Very Vintage jewelry Wrap/lil purse/clutch

So mid century! Green satin with blue design.. almost am embroidered look close up. Open w double snaps and two large zip compartments plus a ring holder and a lil change purse. So could be a small clutch or a jewelry wrap. The Rosenfeld label looks circa 1960’s.. possibly a bit earlier. It’s a GEM IF A PIECE!
