angeldna @mls1022 This 'skirt' can also be worn over the chest like a dress or coverup. The waist laying flat is 26" but can easily stretch to 36". The length when untied at the bottom is 28" but you can make it shorter by tying the ribbon tighter. HTH! 🌺
