Really cute floral shirt size XL. Cap ruffle sleeves. Gathering under the breasts. Purchased at a local boutique and it’s never been worn. It is made by Carol Christian. The tag indicates they have have a boutique in Atlanta and Los Angeles. 96% Rayon and 4% Spandex. Hand wash hang to dry.
