Very cute, flattering & comfortable skirt & jacket by Halogen. Gorgeous color. The skirt has fun bow detail in front. Jacket has peplum like detail around bottom and soft ruffle down front with 2 buttons. Can be worn together or separate for different looks and purpose. Worn once, like new condition. The tacks on the pleat in back of skirt are still in tact.
