Very cute spring dress from Aeropostale!

This dress is fitted through the waist with a dramatic flared short skirt. Very cute detailing with lace flowers and an open back design with tie detail. This dress is perfect for someone with less hip than me. Bought it bc of it on a mannequin took it home and realized not for my body type. And then hung on to it in vein for a year lying to myself that I would loose weight just to wear this dress
