Very dark navy blue blouse

This bohemian style navy blue blouse is from Target brand Knox Rose. It has never been worn and still has the tags attached. The top and bottom of the blouse has a beautiful cotton eyelet lace. The sleeves are 3/4 length bell style with shirred cotton. It is a very trendy and stylish loose style fitting piece.
