Very flowy spaghetti strap dress

Polyester pleated with polyester lining with spaghetti straps. Measures 20 1/2 inches from armpit to armpit, stretched out, and 13 inches without stretching it out. The hem is uneven so it measures approx 43 from shoulder (top of spaghetti strap) to the shortest part of the hem, and approx 48 inches to the longest part.
