Very fun Penny Lane “flower power” 60s inspired top. Size L

I don’t know anything about this brand other than I bought it used from a vintage clothes seller. I don’t believe it is vintage… but definitely vintage inspired. Fabric is a preshrunk cotton blend. It measures 26 inches from the top to the bottom. Colors are vibrant, but with a slightly faded quality. Hard to capture in a photo.
