Very light summer cardigan with burgundy and cream fringe.

The brand is Miss Kelly 1999. I bought it because of the name as mine is the same and it coordinated with a skirt I have listed as well. Never worn either of them. I just didn’t like the length of the cardigan or shirt considering I’m just a little over 5 foot tall. A little too long for me.
