Very lightweight navy blazer-style button down top with belt

Vintage suit material lightweight button down vest with short sleeves and belt. Light shoulder padding. Mild piling. This is a cross between a blazer and a blouse. The photos don’t do Justice to the way the material flows. This piece is classy and timeless and just fits and drapes so nicely. I just wish it would still fit me!
