Very pretty blue dress from Francesca’s!

Sleeves are embroidered/lacey, very beautiful blue, perfect for summer! Worn once. Does have makeup stains in two spots pictured in listing. While this is a size Large, it was very tight around chest area for a bra size B cup and above it may not fit
