This is a reall beautiful, rare Blenko pitcher w decorative handle,alot of them have a little bit of a knob or a add on to the handle ive never seen one done like this w the full loop. It still has the imprint of where it had the original sticker on it and hasnt been used it has been in a display cabinet since 1980. And was my grandmothers before that. It is a really awesome piece. It is blue but has a tone of aqua to it.

barbiedull0707 @johntanttari in Ohio are auction was in East Palestine where the big train derailment happened so we are no longer up and running. covid pretty much killed the market for auctioneers most of them are running online only. and to be honest stuff is just not bringing what it used to. it's a shame because most of the Old Timers are now gone that collected the stuff

barbiedull0707 @johntanttari I don't know how the auctions are in Georgia but I know around here my advice to people is you're not going to make money on auctions anymore if you just need a good clean out then auctions are the way to go but if you're looking to make a profit that market doesn't seem too strong anymore unfortunately

johntanttari @barbiedull0707 yes I understand, my mom and papa taught me how to buy this stiff when I was a kid and taught me all about alot of it and how if I spend my allowance now I'll have car payments later or allowance now. as well as I gell in lobe w some of the stories,like I love the Dagenheart and Boyd story. but im going to take huge loss on about 5-8k items. I feel the struggle is real. lol. I even have 2 truck loads of old vintage glass black of different patterns too.lol

barbiedull0707 @johntanttari I totally understand my dad was an antique dealer so that's the only trait I know. my brother and sister are auctioneers also. we used to go to the deganheart factory Fenton and Fiesta also. unfortunately those days are gone I used to collect Carnival Glass I had a hell of a collection but I sold it when things started going south

barbiedull0707 @johntanttari if you go on AuctionZip or High bed you could probably find a decent Auctioneer from your area and just tell him you want an honest opinion about what you would get. most of them are more than honest
