Very soft velvet crinkle skirt, small, black/red

Elegant velvet elastic waist skirt. Chico’s size 0 (small). Rayon/poly blend velvet. Black with dark red throughout. Looks great with black tank. Perfect for dressy evening out. Waist is 24” unstretched at 34” stretched. Length is 36”. Circumference at hem is 120”, but it hangs straight (crinkle).
