Very thick black girls dress

This dress has a thick material with the look for a wool pea coat but it’s stretchy and soft, not itchy at all. Great winter dress. It is a bit shorter, meant to wear with leggings or stockings. Paired adorably with maroon leggings for a holiday dress for my daughter. Only wore once and looks brand new!
