Very unique Asian influenced blouse

This is a conversation piece for sure...something that looks so much better worn then on the hanger...try it, it's unique and outstanding. It's bright orangish red, silk in texture, shoulder pads and has a little forward hanging cape over the right shoulder. I think it's pretty neat and was made in Hong Kong
