Very unique button up floor length mauve dress/cover

Purchased from a local boutique a few years ago, but haven’t found the right event wear it to, buttons up and ties below the chest, would be cute with a lace bralette or cami underneath and worn at a wedding or to a winery. Light weight and flowy.
