Very unique lace zip up jacket with a convertible type neck

Very cool unique piece! I would keep it if it fit. It’s a flared double layer jacket with a mixture of this cutout lace and a sort of rain jacket material with a convertible neck. Zip it high or let it hang. It’s almost peplum style
