Vest made from scarf

Vest made from a scarf. Purchased from a boutique in Savannah Georgia. I purchased to wear as a cover up. but it was actually displayed with a while blouse under it. So cute it caught my eye. It would also dress up a tank top. Never worn. Very unique. Better for someone to enjoy it than sit in my closet.
