Everyone needs a dreamy smocked dress to frolic in, and this one is made for parks and coffee shops and weddings and more. Tie the ties multiple ways - criss cross in back, straight down, as a halter - or tuck the ties in to wear it strapless. Made from a linen/Tencel fabric, this dress can easily be dressed up or down. Size medium. Excellent condition. Super cute and fun. I took the tag off because it was visible when the top rolled down.
