Vfemage Black and White Dress size 22

This is the cutest vintage dress by Vfemage in size 22. It has a solid black top area and the skirt area has the most wonderful polka dot patterned skirt area. The skirt area is nice and full and pockets in the side seam. Zipper in the back. I could not find a another tag that says material or care instructions but it is most likely polyester. Measures......44" in bust area but will stretch to 48".....38" in midsection.....58" in the hip area....about 45" in length. In excellent vintage condition.
