Navy blue fit and flare, miniskirt skater dress by Vibe Sportswear, size M. Rounded scooped neckline, short cap sleeves. Well-tailored fitted bodice and waist, widening out at the hips to a short flared skirt. Material is unknown, as the materials/care tag is illegible. Definitely some kind of spandex or elastane is involved, as it is pretty stretchy. The fabric is textured. Other than the compromised tag, this dress is in pristine preowned condition without any rips or tears, holes or stains. Unstretched, and laying flat, measures across approximately: 17” at the bust, 13.5” at the waist, 23” at the hips, 3 3/4” long cap sleeves, 32” from top of shoulder to bottom of hem.
