@azgirl85635 Hi, this is measurements for size small. S has a Bust of 34", a Hip of 40", a Inseam of 1", a Length of 30", a Sleeve Length of 2", a Waist of 34".

@azgirl85635 I would say yes. The measurements show the true measure of the actual dress even though it seems odd the 40” in the hip is because of the type of dress. Hoping it helps.
